The Show Must Go On!
The restrictions may be in place, but we aren’t letting that stop you from sharing your beautiful ceremony with all your friends and family. The magical moment where two individuals become one and their families unite is something truly special and narrowing it down to only 15 guests is heartbreaking!
We have teamed up with the guys over at airtime media to be able to bring you a multi-camera live stream to your very own private link so you can share this among your guests that couldn’t make it, or to your social media if you would prefer!
With a full wireless setup and operator this can be setup and running within minutes meaning you can relax and enjoy your day with the ones you loved!
Multi Camera Setup
We want to bring the best experience to your viewers and one good thing from that is we can offer angles that you normally wouldn’t get to see!
We can run up to six cameras (although that may bit a bit overkill, we’ve found 3 to work perfectly) wirelessly and discreetly to a system which can be located outside the venue if required, where there will be an operator monitoring the audio and video to make sure everyone streaming gets the best image and audio possible.
If booking as part of a video package through ourselves you will also have a dynamic (moving camera) as we have the facilities to not only record for your wedding film but also can be sent directly to your livestream.
Full Audio Recording
We may be photographers and videographers but we appreciate good audio, you don’t want everyone watching but not actually being able to hear what’s going on. We have a discreet wireless microphone which hides on the groom or vicar/registrar and microphones on the camera to catch the ambience, this is then mixed by the operator.
Private Online Link
To keep this still intimate with your close friends and family, we offer the stream to a password protected page on our website so you can choose who you give the password too. We do have access to stream to all social media and streaming platforms if preferred.
Not only do your friends and family get to watch your ceremony as it happens but you can also watch it back as a newly married couple as the stream is saved and uploaded straight to your client area but it’s also delivered in your wedding USB with your photos and/or video!
Setup & Packdown
The last thing we can imagine you would like right now is more added stress of trying to sort out a way everyone can join in on your day even if they unfortunately can’t be there due to the current circumstances so let us do it for you! While you’re busy getting yourselves ready, the airtime team will be setting up the cameras on discreet tripods in the venue ready with the stream live for your arrival.
While the restrictions at the minute do not include number of staff within the venue on their 15 cap, we like to stay out the way and let you enjoy it. We will set the cameras up and if theres no space at the back for our small mixing setup this can be located outside the building. If you have booked a video package through the media guys we can also stream what the videographer sees too!
